Jes brings a builder's mindset to financial planning operations. With a background in full-stack development and UI/UX design, she focuses on the tech side of the practice, managing the tools, building automations, and streamlining the systems that keep client work running smoothly. Her foundation in financial planning gives her a planner's lens on the tools she builds and maintains.
